// ROLE

  • You'll work with the core team to build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance.
  • You'll participate in backend architecture decisions and guide team members in technical knowledge with best practices.
  • You'll implement state-of-the-art web3 user experiences and actively learn about the latest developments in web3.

// YOU

  • Seasoned leader: You bring over 6 years of experience from product-based companies, including over 2 years in web3 organizations, where you've led backend teams to achieve fast iterations and high code quality. You've participated in architecture design and deployment pipeline, and have a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Backend Wizard: You're fluent in AWS technologies, Javascript, Node.js, and MySQL. You're a natural problem solver, and enjoy working with complex systems.
  • Web3 enthusiast: You have a strong understanding of web3js/ethersjs and the Ethereum blockchain and tool stack, such as Metamask. You're always on top of the latest developments in web3 technology and its potential applications.
  • Analytical problem solver: You have a keen ability to dissect a problem until you understand the context clearly and accurately. You can quickly determine the best course of action and are not afraid to make decisions that benefit the user experience.
  • Agile designer: You are skilled in translating high-level strategies into production-ready systems while making sound judgments and tradeoffs in the user experience. You excel at navigating ambiguity in design and delivering results that exceed expectations.
  • User advocate: You prioritize the user experience in everything you do, and think critically about the implications of your work on real people's lives.
  • Empathetic communicator: You can articulate your ideas in plain English, and value communication and collaboration with others. You listen actively to other perspectives and are willing to compromise when needed.

// NICE TO HAVE

  • You're proficient with technologies that are part of our stack, including Express and Datadog.
  • You participate in open source projects and web3 hackathons or write about web3 technology.
  • You have experience in backend integration testing and debugging performance issues.
