The Opportunity

As a Product Specialist at Alchemy, you will be pushing the entire blockchain industry forward by helping developers and companies accelerate their product development. You will use your first-hand knowledge and work closely with Alchemy's customers to ensure a great user experience to help them maximize the value they get from the platform. You will collect product feedback, share learnings with the entire team, and help inform our roadmap .

In a nutshell, this role is meant for someone with a technical background who is looking to work with multiple sides of the business, with the main focus on understanding customer needs and shaping feedback into product decisions.
