Your mission

• Ensure operational excellence, including conceptualising, sizing, and prioritizing initiatives, to proactively drive improvement to the way we operate our business
• Support the VP Metaverse in operating the budget, forecasting & hiring plan
• Work closely with all key stakeholders to translate team strategies into robust operational plans and ensure that teams have what they need to execute on these
• Ensure that all teams strategic planning, quarterly OKRs, and operational rhythm is clear and maintain a balanced cadence
• Find creative ways to help our teams connect with our strategy, goals, and each other

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in an Operational Leadership role that comprises an artistic, a technology and a physical product component (2 out of 3 preferred) 
• Proven track record in organizing cross functional teams, running complex programmes and delivering results on time
• Can work in ambiguous environments and lead without managing
• Entrepreneurial spirit
