TRON is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate passionate about the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry to join our growing and dynamic Marketing Team. This role will involve a combination of strategic alignment and creative implementation in collaboration with the marketing team, external partners, and the TRON ecosystem development team. The ideal applicant will be an excellent communicator, self-motivated, and possess strong organizational skills. Knowledge of crypto and blockchain technology is a plus.


You will:

  • The role will have a strong focus on Web3 conference planning and sponsorship negotiation, including managing brand presence at conferences from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event campaigns, coordinate events, and streamline communication across various channels.
  • Lead and optimize marketing operations, overseeing the seamless integration of various marketing tools and technologies
  • Coordinate on-site conference events, including the planning and execution of booth designs, managing speaking opportunities, and overseeing sponsorship arrangements.
  • Facilitate the coordination of hackathons and other events by serving as a liaison between sponsors and the marketing team.
  • Facilitate communication with teams in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, ensuring seamless collaboration, timely information exchange, and effective coordination of tasks and projects
  • Create budget plans aligned with the scope of work and ensure adherence to allocated project costs.

Who You Are:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or events is a must.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to oversee campaigns holistically.
  • Excellent writing skills, proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations, and adeptness in data entry and operational tasks, including administrative duties.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, self-starting attitude, and capability to manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
