What you will do:
- Create, refine, and implement a strategic, long-term vision for growing the product.
- Work on improving the user journey of the product, conduct user research and optimize product design
- Work on defnining and tracking the core KPIs of the company
- Ship global products that increase the adoption of Cryptocurrencies and design World's first products. A prior experience working in the fintech, web3/crypto and hardware industry is preferred.
You would be a great fit if you have/are:
- Strong quantitative analytics skills including modeling, an understanding of databases, and SQL skills.
- An ability to create simple and effective user interfaces and the ability to communicate ideas and direction through mockups and wireframes.
- A strong understanding of design thinking, user research, and user testing.
- Able to thrive in rapidly changing environments, with a strong willingness and ability to eliminate ambiguity and execute.
- Deep knowledge and working experience of DeFi, Web3, Blockchain, crypto communities
