As a Product Manager for Customer Service System, you will drive end-to-end product design and build CS process systems with cross-functional team from around the world. You will have the full autonomy to design product features and work closely with our engineering team and customer service business unit to develop and design these modules from scratch.

Responsibilities:

    • Responsible to build both back-end and customer-facing solutions, and develop a strategy for international product development, implementation, rollout and data performance review.
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of our service system, to be able to focus on the users and understand how unique requirements can best be met.
    • Conduct basic research, and usability testing to understand our Customer Service Teams’s requirement and how to meet them elegantly and effectively Integrate user research,  and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs, as well as wants.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engineering teams to develop a roadmap of customer service systems.
    • Design and implement solutions for any data analysis (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies), and combined continuously optimise products based on actual needs.
    • Prioritise features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers, designers, and analysts to ship high-quality experiences.
    • Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure while ensuring the team is clear on their objectives.

Requirements:

    • 2+ years of product manager experience, with excellent product design skills.
    • Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices.
    • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences and the ability to synthesise and communicate complex concepts and analyses in easy to understand ways.
    • Strong use of analytics, user research, and customer service cases to drive decisions and improve products.
    • Ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects.
    • Experienced in planning work for assigned work streams.
