What we are looking for This is a great opportunity to utilise your experience within DeFi/Crypto on a larger scale in terms of projects and capital. What does that mean? You’ll be exposed to new strategies and interface with a wide network of partners.The cryptocurrency market displays an additional level of complexity, which presents many interesting technical challenges requiring novel solutions across Market Making, OTC, Ventures and/or Arbitrage strategies.  Job Responsibilities

Directly manage one of our defi trading books during Asian hours, including all operational and trading-related issues as they occur in real-time Conduct in-depth analysis of DeFi protocols to identify potential trading opportunities and risks. Explore opportunities to work with projects that align with our strategic goals. Work closely with the rest of our global trading and middle office teams to ensure trades are booked correctly, and reconciled between front and back office systems Assist in the improvement of existing trading strategies, as well as research/development of new strategies Provide advisory support to the team on emerging trends and technologies in the DeFi space. Perform on-chain analysis to see behaviours of other participants. Develop models and tools to automate daily tasks 

Position Requirements:

We are seeking traders with strong quantitative backgrounds who think in terms of probabilities and expected value You’ll have experience in the design, development, testing and coding of trading strategies Deep understanding of DeFi, blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets. Experience coding with Python (or other relevant languages) Bachelor's Degree or above in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Quantitative Sciences and Engineering or related disciplines
