Entangle Labs, the company behind Entangle, the world’s first fully customisable interoperability protocol and data infrastructure, is seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Community to lead the charge in fostering a vibrant and engaged community around our diversified products and services. 

About the Role: 
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive community strategy that drives user acquisition, engagement, and brand advocacy.  You will wear many hats, acting as a community leader, DeFi evangelist, and brand ambassador.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a global community strategy aligned with company goals.

* Build and manage online communities across various platforms (Discord, Telegram, etc.). 

* Strong focus on Discord campaigns especially (use analytics to consistent shape new campaigns)

* Helping lead Web3 styled memes

* Foster a positive and inclusive community environment, resolving conflicts and addressing user concerns.

* Create engaging content (articles, AMAs, social media posts) to educate and inform the community about DeFi and our products.

* Host online and offline events (meetups, conferences) to build relationships and brand awareness.

* Partner with influencers and community leaders to amplify our reach.

* Analyse community data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

* Stay up-to-date on the latest DeFi developments and trends.

* Develop educational resources (guides, tutorials) to empower users with DeFi knowledge.

* Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure alignment with community needs.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience building and managing thriving online communities (minimum 3 years).

* Ability to work in the UAE business hours.

* Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem and its core protocols.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.

* Always on Crypto Twitter

* Content creation skills (writing, light video editing)

* Passion for crypto and a strong belief in its potential to change the world.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
