Key Accounts Management (60%):
- Provide strategic insights to key accounts based on market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence within the hedge fund space.Â

Agency Recruiting Experience (Must Have):
- At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with extensive skills in Key Account Management.

- Previous success in recruiting global talents. Fluency in English is a must.
- Proven track record in hedge fund/buy-side recruitment, ideally in front-office roles.
- Successfully brought in new clients and experience managing key accounts.
- Flexibility in working hours to collaborate with a global team.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics.
