Role Overview:

As the COO, you will be instrumental in overseeing our operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and effectiveness across all ventures. Collaborating closely with our dynamic C-suite team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic direction, optimizing operations, and ensuring that we remain at the cutting edge of the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operational activities across all departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
• Work in close partnership with the CEO, CTO, and product teams to ensure operational processes are aligned with strategic objectives.
• Implement, document, and maintain robust systems, processes, and procedures.
• Spearhead the expansion into new gaming verticals, overseeing successful integration and operational excellence.
• Promote unified communication throughout the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Manage legal and structural aspects of the business, upholding industry compliance and standards.
• Embrace the demands of a start-up culture, including the willingness to work long hours and tackle challenges head-on.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role
• Demonstrated success in operational leadership, with a preference for backgrounds in casino, sports betting, poker, or crypto trading.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating teams towards achieving organizational goals.
• Strong communication skills, capable of building positive internal and external relationships.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a knack for overseeing complex operations and strategic decision-making.
• Knowledge of the gaming industry's legal and regulatory framework is a must.
• Commitment to residing full-time in Malta.
