We're a crypto accounting firm based in Zurich which focuses on bookkeeping, accounting and tax for blockchain based projects from DAOs, NFTs, consulting businesses other other companies accepting crypto.

Tasks

• Being a key player in developing our accounting and tax offerings for crypto clients in the DACH region
• Nurturing personal network and acquiring client engagements
• Overall responsibility for consistently excellent delivery of client assignments in different industries and creating impact for our clients by supporting them through their financial journal
• Management of stakeholders at all relevant levels of the client organisation
• Training and developing internal accountants on and off projects
• Building own client relationships with current and prospective clients

Requirements

• Someone ready to take the next step in their accounting and tax career to become a leader at a growing firm.
• Have 7-10 years of experience; a minimum of 5 years as a Treuhand/Accountant from another accounting firm
• Swiss CPA license
• Have experience with crypto, not neccessarily accounting for crypto but knowledge in the crypto sphere is a benefit
• Have experience and knowledge of tax and VAT treatements
• Have the ability to establish good co-operation with clients at all organisational levels and being the top management’s financial adviser
• Have strong sales capabilities
• Have strong process and project management skills and experience
• Are fluent in written and spoken English and German
• Have the ability and the desire to manage and develop your own team of accountants
