Job Description

If you're interested in pursuing a career in the world of digital assets, then come and join our finance team in Jersey where you will work alongside the Finance Director and Financial Controller and become an integral part of the team.

Responsibilities of the role include;

• Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices received
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Leading the accounts payable process
• Working closely with the Financial Controller to enable timely preparation of monthly management accounts and accompanying reporting for senior management
• Raising and issuing invoices to Elwood customers
• Being Elwood’s main point of contact with its banking providers
• Alongside the Finance Director and Financial Controller, working with Elwood’s financial auditor to enable smooth and timely completion of the annual audit process
• Assisting with finance related queries from other departments within the business

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required

• A recognised accounting qualification (CAT or equivalent) or working towards ACA, ACCA or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience of using various online banking platforms
• Proficient with MS Excel
• Relevant experience in a similar role

Advantageous

• Experience of UK VAT reporting
• Previous use of NetSuite accounting software
