Software Engineering Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of blockchain core experts
- Improve (suggest and implement) the speed of the BDN (Blockchain Distribution Network) based on the blockchain protocol, network and consensus model
- Create offerings that leverage the speed of the data that passes through the blockchain distribution network
- Integrate our core systems with other blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana and other future blockchains on the roadmap
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in managing Sr. Software Engineer which are experts in their field
- At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems
- 3+ years experience in Blockchain in general
- 2+ years experience in Blockchain propagation, consensus (one of the following networks: Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon and Solana)
- Expertise using Go language
- Creative, independent, can do attitude, and a great team player
- Ability to read, modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, ...)
