About the role

We’re now growing our team and looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager who is creative, analytical and collaborative to level up our marketing and comms and to drive up trading volume, build brand awareness and help take CoW Protocol to the next level.

We are a fully remote team and although we hire globally, there is a preference for this role to be based in Europe or remote +/- 3hours CEST time.

What you’ll do

• Lead in the creation of CoW Protocol’s marketing and growth roadmap, including objectives, key results, analytics, and measurement to communicate tasks to the team and deliver results.
• Strategize our content-publishing plan alongside campaigns to create a unique, powerful, and consistent brand voice to improve awareness, increase user acquisition and community engagement for CoW Protocol.
• You will be collaborating with all sorts of teams, such as tech, product, design, business development, and community teams to integrate our brand narrative, product positioning, and messaging across all aspects.
• Lead go to market planning and strategies. Collaborate with product management, partnerships and other departments during product and feature launches.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used in product development and marketing. Develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the brand and product.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Administer the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads).
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Who you are

• 5+ years of product marketing experience from a B2B2C/Platforms/Fintech/SaaS
• B2B or B2B2C SaaS marketing background, such as developer tool and service
• Experience crafting & implementing customer segmentation based on demographics, attitudes, user type
• Strong expertise in product-led growth
• Hands-on experience gained in all key areas of marketing, digital marketing, brand messaging, SEO, affiliate, influencer, communication, etc.
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
• Experience managing external agency partners
• Outstanding prioritization and project management skills as well as agood sense of the expected impact

Bonus points:

• Relevant crypto and DeFi experience
• Experience marketing highly technical products
• Experience in Finance/trading/banking
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
