Opportunity:

• This is one of Parcel's early hires and a unique opportunity to have significant influence and shape one of the most anticipated startups in the metaverse

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in a copywriting/marketing role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create fluency across marketing assets through a consistent tone & voice
• Understanding of Web3, cryptocurrencies, and/or the metaverse
• Proficiency across main social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Understanding of marketing, advertising, user psychology, and conversion optimization
• High EQ, an ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovatively
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishing Parcel's tone across multiple distribution platforms including the website, blog, social, sales enablement, decks, and other marketing materials
• Ongoing writing, reviewing, editing, and updating of content for website, blog, and other marketing materials
• Manage and edit freelance writers to ensure content is inline with Parcel's tone, voice, and overall content strategy
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve blog content strategy and objective
• Participate in team/company initiatives, product meetings, and collaboration sessions
• Provide additional content and asset creation support to the Marketing Manager as needed

• Passionate about understanding the latest trends in culture and Web3
• Basic design skills (Figma)
• Basic programming skills — Parcel has an engineering heavy culture
