About the role The Senior Product Designer position is a unique opportunity to impact some of the most innovative companies today. You will operate in a fast-paced environment—regulations are evolving, and market demand is sky-high for new financial products.  As the first Product Designer employee on the team, you will develop and lead product design processes and systems at Notabene to efficiently solve challenging and urgent problems for our clients. You'll have the opportunity to influence the trajectory of Notabene's product roadmap as well as define our visual and brand language. In our design-led work environment you will be wearing a lot of hats: from defining and scoping new features, rapid prototyping with developers, applying visuals to deployment. As a core Product Designer, you will be working on our web app for compliance officers, and front-end tools for end-users. You will own and drive projects on your own and work closely together with developers to build technically feasible and user-friendly solutions.
