About This Role
This is a role for an exceptionally organised individual , with a penchant for coordinating and making things run smoothly. You will be responsible for the smooth running of our New York office and managing the busy calendars of the executive team
We are a start up, so there may be more ad hoc duties arising from time to time.
Responsibilities:

  • Arrange meetings and maintain frequently changing calendars
  • Manage all travel arrangements, both International and Domestic for the Executive team
  • Organize conferences and events for team
  • Help prepare for key strategic meetings (i.e. create summarized agendas)
  • Anticipate problems before they arise by planning for multiple contingencies
Who you are:
  • 2-3 years co-ordination and administrative experience ( across global time zones) with at least one of these at a senior level
  • Exceptionally organized with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discreet with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience of G-Suite is a plus
