Responsibilities We are seeking a Community Manager with experience in community development, event planning, and management of both online and in person communities. In this role you will be responsible for supporting a growing ecosystem of appchain developers, stablecoin issuers, and end users of Noble’s products, by developing and executing on strategies for community engagement, managing existing community programs, and communicating project updates with the greater ecosystem. You will work closely with Noble’s Senior Marketing Manager and Developer Relations Manager in this role. As a public face of Noble, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the needs of the community are well represented within the Noble team and with our stakeholders. You’re capable of advocating for decisions that will lead to growth and positive sentiment throughout the community. 

Manage inbound communication from the community to ensure key themes and needs are communicated to and addressed by Noble  Support a growing ecosystem of Noble community members by developing strategies to support enthusiasts on channels such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, etc. Assist in the development and execution of strategies for events such as hackathons and conferences Build trust and transparency within the community by proactively handling conflict resolution and creating a crisis management plan to maintain community stability  Track and report on engagement rates and user growth and institute community/marketing growth tactics such as collaborations, influencer partnerships, and user-driven initiatives Analyze current community sentiment and extrapolate future trends in the industry to inform Noble’s strategic plan Utilize existing blockchain communities to further Noble’s reach and message across Web3 and beyond Work closely with the Developer Relations Manager to create educational resources to empower community members and drive long-term engagement Uphold ethical standards and data privacy and promote diversity and inclusion within all Noble communities

Requirements

2+ years experience in community management, customer support, or social media roles within the Web3 industry Knowledge of blockchain technology and a passion for the crypto space is a must; Cosmos ecosystem experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience Proficient in community platforms (e.g., Discord, Twitter/X, Telegram) and familiar with social media management tools Proven ability to manage and moderate online communities and skilled in conflict resolution and maintaining a positive and equitable atmosphere
