Your Mission As a Grants Manager at the Uniswap Foundation, you will support the launch and maintenance of grant initiatives. You will work closely with the Grants Lead and Workstream Leads, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with a focus on operational efficiency and clear communication. What You'll Do

Support Grant Initiatives: Assist in launching, managing, and scaling grant initiatives in line with the strategic vision. Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement streamlined processes for grants application, approval, and management. Clear Communication: Ensure clear communication of expectations, guidelines, and feedback with grantees and internal teams. Entrepreneurial Execution: Identify and execute opportunities to enhance and expand grant programs. Cross-functional Collaboration: Align grant initiatives with Uniswap’s ecosystem goals. Quality Assurance: Maintain accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Uniswap's mission. KPI Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs related to grant initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years of relevant experience in grant management, management consulting, operations or as a founder Operational Skills: Strong ability to develop and manage efficient processes. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to launch and scale multiple initiatives effectively. Multi-initiative Management: Experience managing several initiatives at once. Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally. DeFi Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of the crypto, DeFi, and Uniswap landscape.

Nice to Haves

Familiarity with open-source development. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
