As the Solana Ecosystem Product Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling products within one of the most advanced blockchain ecosystems. You’ll work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, user needs, and business strategy to drive Solana products forward. Here’s a breakdown of the key responsibilities you’ll own:
Develop and implement strategies that leverage Solana's unique staking capabilities and yield opportunities—including transaction fees, swQOS, and MEV—to create innovative Web3 solutions.
Partner with top-tier teams and clients on Solana to understand their needs and incorporate ecosystem feedback into product roadmaps.
Conduct in-depth user research, drive customer engagement, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless and secure user experience.
Lead efforts across engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to create seamless staking solutions.
Work closely with engineers to ensure the staking product is secure, performant, and scalable.
Build products that scale with Solana's high throughput, optimizing features for performance, low latency, and decentralized architecture.
Use data to evaluate staking product success, track user engagement, and identify improvements. Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure secure and stable staking processes.
Use KPIs, competitive analysis, and market insights to manage risks, forecast needs, and optimize for success.
You have 🤓
At least 5+ years of Product Management experience in fast-growing tech startups or crypto companies.
Experience in Blockchain & Web3. You have deep knowledge and hands-on experience in the blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 space, with a strong understanding of Solana's unique technology stack.
Customer-Oriented Mindset. You deeply understand user needs, and you’ve built products that meet those needs at scale.
Strong Analytical & Decision-Making Skills. You are succeeding in making data-informed decisions and balancing risks in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Communication Proficiency. You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for a wide range of audiences.
Collaborative & Influential. You are succeeding in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority, from developers to investors to community members.
Experience in B2B account management or marketing/sales.
