As a Senior UX writer at Flipster
You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances the user experience across our crypto trading services and platforms. Additionally, you will create essential content strategies for marketing campaigns, providing backbone content for marketers to reference. Your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between users and complex financial products, ensuring that our communication is accessible, user-friendly and cohesive to our brand.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and refine content for crypto trading services, including UI text, microcopy, user guides, notifications, and onboarding materials
    • Collaborate seamlessly with design, product, engineering, and business teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified user experience
    • Write and edit content for PC/Mobile Web and App service platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice
    • Conduct content audits and maintain content guidelines to ensure quality and consistency across all user touchpoint
    • Create essential content strategies for marketing campaigns, providing backbone content for marketers to reference from
    • Continuously improve and iterate on content based on user research, data, and feedback, setting proactive directions for content strategy

Qualifications

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in UX writing or related field (App & Web)
    • Native proficiency in English
    • Proven experience in writing and editing content for PC/Mobile platforms
    • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, crafting content that is both engaging and purposeful
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating and defending content decisions amid complexity and trade-offs
    • A passion for content feedback, sharing work, and engaging with peers consistently
    • Ability to push creative boundaries, setting new industry standards in UX writing

Preferred

    • Enjoys the process of creating services with various domain experts
    • Experience or interest in writing for finance and/or cryptocurrency-related services
    • Knowledge of current trends in UX writing and cryptocurrency
    • Conversational in Korean
    • Proficiency in content management and design tools such as Figma or similar
