Drive projects from concept to production by collaborating with product, design, backend, QA, and compliance stakeholders across multiple regions. Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability within a large-scale SSR frontend architecture. Contribute to frontend engineering standards, reusable component systems, and scalable development practices across the team. Proactively identify product gaps, UX friction, and technical risks, and propose practical solutions before they impact users. Explore and integrate AI-assisted workflows and modern frontend tooling to improve engineering velocity and quality.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend engineering practices in large-scale production environments. Experience working with SSR applications and a solid understanding of rendering lifecycles, hydration, performance optimization, and internationalization. Hands-on experience writing automated tests, including unit and E2E coverage, with a strong quality-first mindset. Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments where engineers are expected to think beyond implementation details. Interest in blockchain, crypto products, or financial platforms, with curiosity about emerging AI-driven engineering workflows and technologies.
