Experienced legal advisor (crypto lawyer) for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly in Estonia, Switzerland or Germany. This challenging role requires advanced skills in corporate law, crypto regulation, company foundation, legal advice, contracts, as well as a high level of responsibility, reliability, professionalism, expertise, and discipline. Work with a team of champions on an ambitious crypto project (Blockchain) with social and environmental impact, dedicated to serving the greater good. As a partner in our decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) without hierarchies, you take over full accountability for your roles and actions. We offer remote work, flexible time management and performance-based payment in crypto (Neco). Tasks

  • Providing legal advice and guidance on various legal matters
  • Conducting legal research and analysis
  • Drafting legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
  • Representing the company in court or other legal proceedings
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a legal advisor, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your skills, including corporate law and crypto regulations
  • Knowledge of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time, while collaborating effectively with a remote team
  • Minimum capacity of 4 per week
  • Passion for law and justice, with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
