About the Opportunity
- Design and implement the best-in-class user onboarding experience as the key growth engine for OKX.
- Develop a deep understanding of crypto regulation framework for each individual market across the globe to enable sustainable user growth.
- Build both in-house KYC solutions and work with local KYC vendors to drive up the overall pass rate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, legal, operations, and quality assurance, to integrate compliance considerations into product planning and development processes
- Drive strategic alignment across other teams to ensure cohesive product functionality and value proposition
- 5+ years of product management experience in customer-facing product domain.
- Entrepreneurial spirit - Having worked in a fast paced environment, with competing resources and priorities. Ability to navigate through ambiguity to advocate for resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design and Marketing
