This team is accountable for producing high-quality digital assets for our partnerships across sports, entertainment and music. In this role we are looking for aSenior Graphics Designerthat has a background in Motion, 2D, and 3D graphics. AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL...
- Produce unique designs to set apart special edition content through pattern design and concept.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to run experimental campaigns that deliver data-driven results to aid the growth of our user base.
- Produce cutting edge social media content that is appropriate for each channel and correlates with fans.
- Join an experienced creative team and work directly with Chief Creative Officer, Shane Small, on future-focused research projects that defy what has been possible in the world of Virtual and Augmented Reality.
WHO ARE YOU?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
- You have 10+ years of work experience in design (in-house, brand, or agency experience a plus).
- Experience with 2D design.
- You’ve designed and shipped a product.
- You have exposure to VFX graphics design.
- You have ease at presenting your work and explaining design outcomes.
- You are a solution seeker with a growth mindset.
- Intimate knowledge of the NFT/Blockchain/Web3.0 landscape.
- You are innovative, and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work.

Total Compensation Range (Base + Equity): 85k-140k per year
Our compensation package currently breaks down into a base salary and an equity component for all employees. The candidate’s seniority and the evaluations made of that candidate during the interview process determine compensation.
