We are looking to hire Product Analysts to join our 2022 Graduate Program at our offices in London and New York. The role will be an integral part of the firm’s Product Team and will work with other members of staff across the globe.
This role reports to the product team in the region.
GSR’s Graduate program - what we offer:
The Graduate program will commence in July 2022 and will be a 6 month structured program that will enable you to quickly integrate and embed in GSR’s product team.
Your journey will begin with an intensive training program that will equip you with professional skills, technical and financial training.
During your first 6 months, you will gain hands-on learning experience within the product team learning from highly experienced seniors. Working closely with your manager, you will develop knowledge of GSR’s service offering and client base. You will learn how to build cross-functional knowledge of the internal operating environment and external market dynamics to inform the leadership team on a range of strategic and operational issues; develop data-driven analyses for high priority projects, such as: Market opportunity analysis, from strategy for emerging markets to product mix optimization; get involved in research for early stage crypto projects and the competitive landscape for various subsectors, such as DeFi, NFTs, smart contract blockchains, ect. to support business development efforts. You will also learn product research, fund platform structuring, product offering, portfolio research and due diligence for a range of products.
We will ensure you have a continuous learning experience and are fully supported and guided by your managers and mentored by experienced business development and structuring team members.
Who are we looking for?:
You will be a 2022 graduate from an undergraduate or postgraduate (masters) degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Engineering or STEAM field You will be on track to achieve a 2:1 or equivalent as a minimum You will be a team player with excellent communications skills, highly motivated, adaptable and proactive Excellent organisation skills, ability to prioritise tasks and react to change quickly whilst working in a fast paced environment Must be a disciplined self-starter with a positive attitude who is resilient and possesses a significant degree of analytical rigor and strong attention to detail A strong passion for building strong relationships and problem solving Experience working with Excel/VBA and coding experience is highly desirableInterest in financial trading terms, including structured and derivatives products A passion for the cryptocurrency ecosystem Entrepreneurial spirit Previous internship experience in Financial Services within a Sales, Trading and Structuring role is desirable but not essential Excellent written and verbal skills in English and a second language is desirable
