As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will help streamline and scale Kiln’s GTM engine, being responsible for key processes, workflows, and integrations across HubSpot, Zapier, Google Sheets, Looker, and Clay. You’ll ensure data accuracy, enable our sales and marketing teams, and drive automation wherever possible. By partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Partnerships, you’ll translate business needs into robust RevOps solutions—becoming a trusted enabler of growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Process & Workflow Design:
Map, document, and optimise lead-to-revenue processes (lead routing, deal handoff, onboarding process management).
Evaluate and redesign workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and hand-off gaps.

Automation & Integration:
Build and maintain Zapier/n8n automations to sync data between HubSpot, G Sheets, and other systems.
Develop custom Clay workflows or scripts for repetitive data transformations and enrichment.
Partner with Engineering for API-driven integrations and maintain data connectors to our dashboard.

Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain CRM health: dedupe, normalize, and enrich HubSpot records.
Design and build revenue analytics dashboards in both HubSpot and Looker—track pipeline metrics, forecast accuracy, and funnel efficiency.
Audit GTM data flows to ensure fidelity across systems.

Sales & Marketing Enablement:
Create and manage playbooks, training materials, and enablement sessions on new processes and tools.
Support deal desk operations: pricing approvals, contract tracking, and ensure data integrity
Serve as GTM systems subject-matter expert and escalation point.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with Marketing to optimise campaign attribution and lead scoring models.
Collaborate with Finance on booking validations, revenue recognition triggers, and audit readiness.
Work with Customer Success to streamline renewal and upsell processes.
Requirements
Hands-on RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops experience in a SaaS environment
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM: custom objects, workflows, reporting.
Strong automation skillset in Zapier or n8n (multi-step flows, error handling).
Advanced Google Sheets expertise: formulas, Apps Script, data validation.
Familiarity with Clay, ZoomInfo or Cognism (or comparable data enrichment/automation tool).
Detail-oriented with strong process documentation and change-management savvy.
Experience working within the crypto industry and/or a strong personal interest in the industry
Nice-to-have:
Knowledge of crypto staking primitives, node operations, or blockchain fundamentals.
Experience with other integration tools
Comfort with Python or scripting for data pipelines.
Experience building dashboards and LookML models in Looker.
SQL skills (for ad hoc analyses and Looker integrations).
