We're looking for skilled Software Engineers to join our Trading & Brokerage team. Here, you will play a key role in building and maintaining high-performance trading and credit systems in a fast-paced, crypto-native environment, while working with technologies like .NET, Rust, and Azure.

You will:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality, maintainable, and robust code in .NET and Rust
  • Write unit tests and documentation for your own code
  • Troubleshoot, support, and take ownership of trading and brokerage systems
  • Build enterprise-grade business applications used by internal teams and external clients
  • Integrate with low-latency trading infrastructure and protocols such as FIX
  • Serve as a domain expert in trading systems and software engineering best practices
  • Collaborate within a small, agile, crypto-native engineering team

The following key skills and experience are required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, Azure, SQL, REST APIs, and Microservices
  • Hands-on experience with Rust programming language
  • Familiarity with FIX Protocol and trading system architectures
  • Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
  • Self-driven, proactive, and reliable team player
  • Knowledge of the crypto field is a plus
  • Ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and effectively
  • Experiences in agile methodologies (SCRUM preferably)
