About the Role:
The primary responsibility of this role will be to conceptualize, design, and execute various campaigns for our social media platforms, with a focus on increasing followers and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects, along with a keen eye for design aesthetics and trends in social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design engaging and visually appealing social media campaigns tailored to different platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
Create high-quality graphics, animations, and video content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Produce compelling visual content such as infographics, GIFs, short videos, and other multimedia assets.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media design and marketing to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
Optimize designs for various screen sizes and formats to ensure consistency and optimal viewing across different devices.
Work closely with copywriters and content creators to ensure visual assets effectively communicate key messages and storytelling.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Proven experience at least 1 in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and creative projects. Crypto experience will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas and concepts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Creativity and innovation with a passion for staying updated on design trends and emerging technologies.
