    • Foster a culture dedicated to exceptional developer experiences through APIs, SDKs, and comprehensive documentation
    • Develop seamless onboarding experiences to accelerate developers’ productivity
    • Engage with the community to gather feedback and continuously improve our tools and resources
    • Lead by example by contributing to the codebase, reviewing pull requests, and providing technical guidance to the team

About you:

    • You have 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong technical background in full stack development
    • You possess hands-on coding experience in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Node.js, and frameworks like React, Next.js, and Svelte
    • You understand Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains, with hands-on experience in smart contract development using Solidity or comparable language
    • You adapt swiftly to changing priorities. In the fast-paced world of crypto, what you work on today might be different from last month. You thrive in this dynamic environment and embrace the excitement of new challenges
    • You excel in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on delivering results and value
    • You are familiar with Agile methodologies and committed to continuous improvement
    • You are experienced with cloud platforms GCP, AWS, containerization technologies like Kubernetes, and CI/CD platforms
    • You understand web security best practices and have implemented secure coding practices
    • You have some experience working with systems in a crypto-related environment
Flow is a remote-first team of seasoned technologists dedicated to our mission of mainstream Web3 adoption. Founded in Vancouver, Canada, Flow’s team is now spread primarily across the US and Canada – with small presences in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Less than 6 months from now, Flow delivers Crescendo, its biggest technical upgrade since launching the network. Included in the Crescendo release is Cadence 1.0, a major upgrade of the Cadence programming language which enables fully immutable smart contracts on Flow; as well as full EVM equivalence, allowing Flow to host EVM-based smart contracts, platforms, tooling, and utilities natively and fully composable with the Cadence environments. With Crescendo, Flow will be as easy to deploy onto as any EVM-based Layer 2, while preserving the full capabilities of the rest of the protocol. Crescendo upgrade will catalyze a massive improvement in liquidity on Flow including on- and off-ramps as well as a native DeFi ecosystem that serves as a liquidity backbone for the entire network.

At Flow Foundation, we prioritize recruiting top talent and cultivating an empowering environment for our team. This entails fostering a workplace that is characterized by diversity, inclusivity, and open-mindedness. We enthusiastically welcome applicants from all walks of life, regardless of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
