Role Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Associate to join our team. As a Portfolio Associate, you will play a vital role in coordinating portfolio events, building and maintaining infrastructure to support portfolio companies, and building tools to streamline team operations. Your responsibilities will include managing virtual and in-person events targeting portfolio founders, maintaining the Animoca Brands portfolio updates, and building tools that enhance team efficiency

Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain digital infrastructure to scale our support to 470+ portfolio companies, from contact lists to scalable support in fostering ecosystem partnership
    • Collate investor updates from portfolio companies and third party sources to help prioritize portfolio support
    • Manage virtual and in-person events from programming to on-site logistics, to ensure a smooth event experience for participants and attendees
    • Update our portfolio on our digital channels, showcasing our projects and providing relevant information for investors and partners
    • Assist in general administrative tasks and support ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

    • A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work
    • Reliable and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders in a professional manner
    • Comfortable working remotely and independently, while being an effective team player
