Overview: We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with a passion finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products.

You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions. Your duties may also include training new employees and maintaining open communication with other departments during the design process.

Responsibilities:

  • Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements
  • Work with Dev, Engineering and account management teams to develop data-driven ROI case for product roadmap priorities and initiatives.
  • Understand, research and follow technical trends in the industry and in general
  • Identify customer pain points and propose solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of large, high-impact product changes, from inception to implementation and launch.
  • Work with product designers to whiteboard, develop, and refine clear & intuitive user experiences.
  • Lead market-driven product launches, beta programs and new product introductions including developing GTM strategy.
  • Ensure product delivery meets deadlines and quality standards
  • Define and analyse metrics to guide product development
  • Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly
  • Assess and address technical risks
  • Facilitate the production and maintenance of proper product documentation


The ideal candidate must have

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Strong background in software engineering
  • Experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle
  • Be autonomous and comfortable working with ambiguity
  • An eye for good design
  • Experience delivering technical products, ideally working with integrations, API’s.
