Lazer Crypto is a specialized team within Lazer, comprising more than 30 full stack, web3 native engineers dedicated to building modern dApps and web3 solutions. This team helps founders and growing teams accelerate their product launches across various blockchain ecosystems. Our notable web3 clients include OpenSea, Base, Privy, Polymarket, Uniswap, Alchemy, Monad and others.
Who You Are:
6+ years building exceptional user interfaces and experiences for modern web applications
Expert in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js with a passion for cutting-edge UI frameworks
Proficient with web3 frontend libraries: Ethers.js, Viem, Wagmi, RainbowKit (EVM) and/or @solana/web3.js, Solana Wallet Adapter (Solana)
Comfortable building APIs and consuming them with TypeScript
Proven ability to connect dApps to smart contracts, handling wallet integrations and transaction flows
Strong consulting experience with excellent client management and communication skills
Self-sufficient professional who thrives with autonomy while managing project timelines
What You'll Do:
Embed with client teams to design and build exceptional dApp user interfaces across EVM and/or Solana ecosystems
Architect sophisticated frontend experiences that seamlessly integrate with existing smart contracts and programs
Lead technical discussions on frontend architecture and UX strategy with clients
Mentor client engineering teams on modern frontend practices and web3 UX patterns
Navigate multi-chain complexities including wallet connections, network switching, and transaction handling
Experiment with cutting-edge web3 tools and contribute to open source frontend libraries
