We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive strategic growth and establish Bemo as a leader in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, building key partnerships, and scaling our products and services in line with market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Identify and engage high-value prospects, including institutional investors, whales, and blockchain teams.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships to drive long-term growth and value creation.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of trends in blockchain and DeFi to refine strategies and seize new opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to optimize outreach strategies, enhance messaging, and align goals.
  • Feedback Integration: Provide actionable market feedback to improve Bemo’s product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Scaling Channels: Experiment with and scale acquisition channels, including SEO, content marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the business development team, fostering a high-performing, results-oriented culture.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in blockchain, crypto, or fintech
  • Deep understanding of DeFi principles and the TON blockchain ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to establish and manage relationships with institutional clients and partners.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
