We are seeking a highly motivated, independent, and passionate individual to join our social team (Global) as a Social & Video Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating on-brand and engaging content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in the crypto and sports culture. You should be comfortable planning, shooting, and editing content, and you will collaborate closely with the partnerships team to create tailored content for our social audience. A passion for sports like F1, Basketball, or UFC is key, as you can attend sporting events and shoot content on your own.

Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the partnerships team to create social media content for various partners, ensuring it aligns with both brand values and partner objectives.
    • Plan, shoot, and edit videos independently for social platforms, including attending sporting events and creating content during live shoots.
    • Develop and maintain short video series to communicate key updates, news, and announcements to the crypto community.
    • Monitor industry trends in real-time, staying attuned to the latest crypto, sports, and social media developments to ensure timely and relevant content.
    • Monitor user reactions closely to refine our content and maximise engagement.
    • Work across different time zones and remain responsive and agile, reacting swiftly to emerging trends and content opportunities.

Requirements:

    • Strong background in video planning, shooting, and editing, with the ability to create compelling social content from start to finish.
    • Ability to create simple graphics and visuals for social media platforms.
    • A strong understanding of crypto culture. Your friends are tired of your memes, but your followers are not.
    • Experience creating content for social media platforms with extremely short turn-around times (ie: in real-time). A fast learner with a “get things done” attitude.
    • A passion for sports, particularly F1, Basketball, or UFC, with the ability to incorporate sports content into social media strategies.
    • Responsive, self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
