Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced Customer Support Associate to join our customer support department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer support experience for our customers by setting customer satisfaction goals and developing effective processes to achieve them.Â

Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of customer issues by being the single point of contact for troubleshooting procedure, the expected resolution time, and updates on the progress made. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers Document knowledge in the form of solution articlesÂ
Preferred: Previous work experience in product-based startups Understands the cryptocurrency landscapeÂ
