What you will be doing

    • Support daily operation activities – e.g. onboarding, marketing activities, expansion, and problem-solving.
    • Build and improve sustainable relationships with partners.
    • Identify potential operational gaps with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work closely with BD teams for better operation outcomes.
    • Perform basic data analysis related to the on/off-ramps program.
    • Write and publish announcements and other product documents.

What we are looking for

    • Bachelor's degree or above.
    • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
    • 1-3+ years of experience in operations.
    • Proactive work attitude, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and team spirit.
    • Knowledge of data analysis preferred.
    • International education or work experience is preferred; finance related background is preferred.
    • Experience in crypto or payment industry preferred.
