What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Facilitate the design deployment, and management of API integration solutions
  • Participate in projects and roll out; support the integrity and stability of application platform including life cycle management and continuous improvement
  • Analyze business requirements and turn into technical specifications
  • Work with vendors, users, and working partners to ensure the transfer of solutions into operations
  • Ensure smooth operations and integration of APIs
  • Troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to resolve issue
  • Collaborate with developers and/or external parties to resolve technical issue
  • Monitor integration timelines and responsible for the documentation
  • Handle and solve technical enquiries from clients

What We Look For In You:

  • Tertiary qualification in an IT discipline or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experiences with track record in technical integration, API operations
  • Familiar with computer network knowledge, such as TCP/IP principle is preferred
  • Experience on API Integration with internal system and third-party software is preferred
  • Experience in technology development is preferred
  • Good understanding of trading products business
  • Demonstrate ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with teams across offices and time zones
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Passionate and proactive team player
