Senior Data Engineer
What Youâll Do;
- Design, build, and own our data infrastructure: pipelines, warehouse, transformations, and documentation
- Migrate away from legacy systems (e.g., PowerBI) and streamline analytics via Metabase
- Structure the data stack to support AI query interfaces and self-serve reporting
- Ensure data consistency, quality, and near real-time availability (aiming for 99% uptime)
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to translate business questions into usable dashboards and metrics
- Prioritize and manage incoming data requests from across the company
What Weâre Looking For;
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms.
- Comfortable acting as a sole owner and driving from ambiguity to structured delivery
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and turning requests into actionable data products
- Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and hungry to deliver
- Located in or near EU time zones

- Experience with AI/ML infra, MLOps, or AI-assisted querying
- Frontend or full-stack skills (e.g., Typescript) for building simple internal tools or UI layers
