Palmswap aims to build a leading on chain Perpetual DEX on Binance smart chain. Our mission is to bring traders from centralized exchanges to on chain. We are a team of experienced Perpetual traders and developers from DeFi working together to fulfill our mission.

We are looking for a full time Technical Project director to become a core member of our Developer team, you will work closely with the development team and be responsible for defining and monitoring product development and delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in software project management and good performance in risk management within project delivery.

Your Role:

• Determine and define project scope and goals with the development team
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Address and resolve issues that may arise during the project development process
• Maintain a strong focus on achieving goals and keeping the rest of the team on track for a successful progress
• Measure project performance and productivity to identify areas for improvement
• Forecast resources needed to achieve goals and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Provide project updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress with stakeholders across the team to manage expectations
• Document, refine, and improve current processes

Requirements:

• Experience managing day-to-day operations and with developer teams
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience seeing projects through their entire lifecycle
• Comfort working with a small team in a very fast paced environment
• Motivated self-starter attitude that can adapt and thrive in ambiguity
• Ability to handle pressure and time constraints calmly
• Passion for DeFi and cryptocurrency
• Programming knowledge and understanding of the structure

• Experience and understanding of working with DeFi protocols.
• Solid understanding of the crypto market (e.g., web3, decentralization, DeFi ecosystem)
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Experience in successfully planning and executing projects and strategic initiatives within the organization
