Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager with a sharp focus on user experience, meticulous attention to detail, and strong logical reasoning to enhance our product’s overall user journey. You’ll optimize UX chains and collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver seamless, impactful experiences. Financial or Web3 product experience is highly preferred.

- Data-Driven: Leverage analytics and A/B testing to validate and refine UX optimizations. Â
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on financial/Web3 UX trends, proposing innovative solutions. Â
Responsibilities
- Education: Bachelor’s in Design, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Â
- Experience: 5+ years in product management with UX focus; financial (FinTech, payments) or Web3 (DeFi, wallets, NFTs) experience is a plus. Â
- Deep UX sensitivity and logical problem-solving. Â
- Detail-oriented with a knack for intuitive experiences. Â

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Preferred: Success in financial/Web3 UX projects, agile methodology knowledge.
