About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our Crypto & Digital Assets coverage team in New York. You will play a key role in transaction execution, client engagement, and strategic advisory across the rapidly evolving blockchain and digital assets ecosystem. Our team works with leading crypto-native firms, fintech platforms, exchanges, infrastructure providers, and institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution (M&A, capital raises, SPACs, etc.)
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and investment memoranda
- Conduct industry research and stay up to date on crypto markets, trends, and regulatory developments
- Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, investors, and internal teams
- Support senior bankers in business development and origination
Qualifications:
- 2â4 years of investment banking experience, ideally with exposure to fintech, TMT, or crypto
- Strong technical and analytical skills (modeling, valuation, deal execution)
- Demonstrated interest or experience in digital assets, DeFi, or blockchain technologies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; MBA a plus but not required
