About The Role 

In this role, you will lead the Chainlink Build program and the cross-functional team that manages the portfolio of over one hundred Build projects. You will oversee relationships with external partners, including VCs and security providers, and internal teams, including leadership, finance, operations, marketing, blockchain relationships, and product. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure the program develops high-quality projects aligned with Chainlink's strategic goals.

Your Impact

You will play a key role in managing the success of Build projects, from acquisition, onboarding, and product integration to fundraising, token launch, and beyond. You are the executive sponsor for category-leading projects or projects that showcase compelling use cases aligned with Chainlink marketing strategies. Your contribution will shape the long-term growth and success of the Build program and help Chainlink expand its ecosystem.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with web3 start-ups / scale-ups in accelerators, incubators, VC, or blockchain foundations.

• 4+ years experience in managing global teams and cross-functional resources.

• Strong understanding of, and passion for, web3 startup development, blockchain ecosystems, and the DApp landscape.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize competing tasks.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a fast-paced team environment.

• Proven relationship-building skills across internal and external teams.

• Strategic thinker with experience analyzing data to inform go-to-market strategies.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience supporting deals from execution to completion, coordinating with legal, finance, and product teams.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience scaling programs to achieve high-performance outcomes.

• Knowledge of web3 tokenomics models.

• Strong negotiation skills for driving internal and external alignment.

• Creative thinker, able to maximize resources for high-impact opportunities.

• Challenger mindset, fostering constructive conversations to guide partners effectively.
