About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web3 Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transaction-focused product management, with experience in platforms such as crowdfunding (e.g., Kickstarter) and decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative Web3 products, focusing on transaction-based platforms and decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Web3 or DeFi space, with a strong focus on transaction-based platforms such as crowdfunding or DEXs.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and token economics.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
