We are looking for a growth-oriented SEO Lead to join our remote-first team here at Trust Machines. The role requires a proven understanding of blockchain technology, Bitcoin, and DeFi. You’ll own SEO goals and work directly with our leadership, marketing, and product team to drive them.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
- Manage a team of copywriters, creative, and engineers
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building)
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of SEO product management experience
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to show the direct business impact of successful SEO strategies
- Expert at working in the agile environment (user stories, iterative development, sprints, personas)
- Deep focus on driving increased organic traffic and increasing the engagement and conversion of our paid advertising traffic
- Experience executing content gap analysis and keyword research
We’d Also Like to See:
- Execution and results orientation – dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent understanding of Google Algorithm updates and the corresponding impact.
- You have a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and taking the initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure.
