About the team

Our talented engineering team pride themselves on writing good code. We care about good engineering practices, working with great people, and working on real and impactful products.

You will be the link between the CTO and the engineering team, and the rest of the organization.

What you’ll do:

• Help oversee progress for key technical projects in the team
• Assist the CTO in managing his calendar, schedule, meetings, etc
• Taking minutes for key meetings where required
• Help with end to end events management for the engineering team (global hackathons, fireside chats, etc)

What you’ll need:

• At least 1 year experience as a technical project manager
• Experienced in working with a team of high performing engineers, in a fast-growth tech environment
• Understanding the varying levels of involvement required from the CTO for different technical projects
• Exceptional organization and time management skills, being a master of prioritization and multitasking, able to make speedy decisions
• Extremely tech-savvy
• Communicate incredibly well, great interpersonal skills
• Able to switch context with ease and stay extremely well organized
• Can handle diverse workloads, unpredictable schedules, always available
• Possess a very generalist skillset
• Extreme transparency, candor, work ethic, show proactivity
• Measure success in outcomes, not efforts to get there
• Eye for Detail
• Set the CTO's strategic priorities, helping to identify areas that need focus
• Serve as a thought partner
• Represent the CTO via email / Discord / Telegram / ...
• Follow up with external parties
• Other random tasks that may be required
• We value knowledge & skills over paper qualifications.
• Comfortable working remotely via telecommuting. We will be working closely via Slack video calls and other collaboration tools. Bonus points if:
• You have experience working in a demanding and fast-paced startup environment
• You have a strong knowledge of crypto and decentralized finance
