Responsibilities

• Ability to choose and use the various research methods such as in-depth interviews, usability studies, card sorting activities, survey and secondary research.
• Deep understanding users’ goals, needs, and tasks and translate them into user insights and clear action items.
• Be able to organize the user data and display them with clear and meaningful user experience journey and persona to align with cross teams.
• Need to plan and prep before executing user research.
• Ability to wrap and share the user scenarios and communicate needed design rationale and value.
• Participate in development of product information architecture and user flow to deliver the right product features.

• 深度思考使用者的目標、需求和任務，並將將研究結果轉化為使用者需求洞見和行動項目
• 清楚組織不同使用者的體驗地圖和人物誌
• 需要去計劃及安排使用者訪談的流程
• 有能力與不同團隊快速分享使用者的情境，並且傳達合理的設計需求和價值
• 需要與UX 設計師共同規劃產品的資訊架構和功能的流程

Requirements

• Degree in HCI, human factors, interaction design, service design, psychology, anthropology or equivalent professional work-related experience.
• 1-2+ years professional related work experience.
• Experience in English interview and cross-cultural studies.
• Familiar with conducting different researches in agile development process.
• Look into the details no matter how small.
• A high level of interest in learning about unfamiliar areas.
• Enjoy researching or exploring new methods of research.
• Passionate about interacting with strangers.

• 學歷背景可以是人機交互、人因工程，互動設計、服務設計、心理系、人類學等等
• 1-2 年的使用者研究經驗
• 需要有些經驗在英文訪談或是跨文化研究
• 熟悉在敏捷開發的狀態做不同研究
• 認真看待各種細節
• 對於陌生領域很高的興趣學習
• 喜歡研究或是探索各種新的研究方法
• 熱衷於與陌生人交流
