Position Overview
The Analyst Marketer is responsible for creating, analyzing, and optimizing marketing strategies. This role involves collecting, organizing, and interpreting data from various sources to understand user behavior, market trends, and campaign effectiveness. The Analyst Marketer develops data-driven strategies to drive TVL, working with KOLs, protocols, and other channels to maximize impact. They will create educational content of strategies to help drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather data from multiple sources, including web analytics, on-chain data, and marketing automation platforms.
- Clean and organize data sets for analysis, leveraging tools like Dune.
- Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to analyze marketing performance.
- Collaborate with product and ecosystem teams to develop data-driven strategies and campaigns, leveraging social media (Twitter, DeBank, etc).
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics, such as ROI and conversion rates.
- Recommend optimizations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights to improve targeting and messaging strategies.Use data to create strategies for weETH that users will find beneficial.
- Reporting and Presentation:Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance and insights.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in DeFi and deep familiarity with how things work on-chain
- Experience creating and interacting with Dune DashboardsExperience with Social Media, specifically Crypto Twitter
- Analytical, hard worker, results driven
- Good team member and able to work cross functionally
