- 3+ years experience with end-to-end product design (Product/Growth, B2B experience preferable) Ability to think through complex interactions
- You are deeply oriented around actual customers and the value our client's product brings to them.
- You work comfortably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Problem-oriented mindset, focusing on outcomes instead of output
- Experience in validating design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods

What you’ll be working on
Our client is looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI)! You’ll get to work on products that serve online shoppers, eCommerce brands, and their operation teams around Germany. The right candidate is comfortable in navigating complexity and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
- Constantly collaborate with product and engineering teams. You and their product managers are partners in crime!
- Be measured by the output of your design work but also by the success of the product. Deliver high-quality, user-centric, measurably impactful end-to-end design work
- Work with Philip (Product co-founder) to help shape a design vision and principles. You’ll be included from the very inception of every idea
- Help conceive prototypes as well as conduct user testing. They expect you to iterate early and often - at the expense of pixel perfect designs.
- Create high res mockups for their engineers
