The Team
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us on a 10-week contract basis from June to July 2023.
As Senior Product Designer, you’ll join our Design team to carry out an end-to-end product design process that allows us to bring new product lines, features and experiences to life for our community of creators, collectors and curators. You’ll work alongside a team of creatives that are collectively working to define Foundation as the premier destination for creators in web3.
The Role
- Lead the conception and design of product features end to end, including creating, collaborating, and iterating on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to receive and incorporate feedback on designs, and collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure all designs meet requirements and are released as intended
- Focus the team on impactful product features by sharing a vision for the future of our product
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
- Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities, including scouting out, exploring and visualizing new product opportunities for Foundation
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in a professional product design role
- Strong knowledge relating to front-end development and experience collaborating closely with engineers
- Experience leveraging prototyping skills to articulate your designs, especially in cases where interactions may be particularly nuanced
- Experience leading large projects and shipping iteratively
- Proven track record of tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into clear goals
- Ability to navigate the fast moving pace of an early stage project
- You value high quality well crafted visual design, and you care about the details
- Bonus: Experience ata high-growth web3 company
Targeted Hourly Range: $75-$125/hr
