The Role
The role presents an opportunity to become an integral part of our team with plenty of room to be creative and novel products at the crossroads between Distributed Ledger Technology and IoT.
We are seeking a UI/UX designer that shares their passion for user experience and problem-solving. You play well with others, but you aren't afraid to stand up for what you think is right. You're diplomatic and flexible while seeing the big picture, but you also find satisfaction in making every detail right. We look for someone to partner with Product Management and Engineering to deliver a great customer experience. Success comes from understanding the customer and business needs, aligning with your partners, simplifying complex processes, producing codable design assets, and ultimately delivering a simple and friendly experience.
We are a team of hungry entrepreneurs and engineers driven by the opportunity to positively shape our collective future. We have the technology, the team and the timing to decentralize businesses, markets and even economies, creating more open, sustainable and inclusive ways of living and working. Weâre transforming the corporate-controlled Internet of Things into a people-powered Economy of Things, positively shaping our collective future in the process. Check out our vision deck to learn more about our âwhyâ.
If you identify with the above, youâre not just looking for a 9-5, and are ready to take complete ownership of this position - we look forward to hearing from you.

What guides us
- We believe that great teams consist of Missionaries rather than Mercenaries.
- We believe that great teams can only deliver great results consistently if they work under conditions that give them creative freedom and a manageable workload, creating full focus on what's important.
- We want to work with humans, not with robots.
- This is why we build a team that finds its strength in diversity & authenticity.

- This is why we aim to create a space where people can do what they love and live up to their talents.

What does a web3 designer do?
A web3 designer is responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs for websites that are built on the web3 platform
This platform is based on blockchain technology and allows for the creation of decentralized applications (dApps) that can be accessed through a web browser
A web3 designer would be responsible for creating the user interface and user experience for these dApps, ensuring that they are easy to use and navigate
They would also be responsible for ensuring that the overall design of the dApps is consistent with the brand and aesthetic of the organization or individual that is building the dApps.
